Shipping Policy

The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email provided during checkout.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will depend on the address provided at checkout and are based on the receipt of cleared payment. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

PSYOP Merch Co ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

PSYOP Merch Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

PSYOP Merch Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently provided shipping outside the U.S., however international shipping rates will apply.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned under specific conditions, detailed below.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to factory/printing errors, or if you need a different size of an unworn item. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or due to a defect, send us an email at [email protected] and we will guide you through the exchange process.

 

Return Labels

PSYOP Merch Co will provide a return shipping label if your return meets the criteria for size exchange or defects. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your exchange or replacement will be processed, and a new product will be shipped to you automatically at no additional cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the return is due to reasons other than size exchange or factory/printing defects. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
